The safety and well-being of our students and staff are non-negotiable at V.P.M. Gyan Niketan. To uphold this, the school has constituted a Sexual Harassment Committee in compliance with CBSE guidelines and government norms.

Responsibilities of the Committee:
Prevention: Conduct awareness workshops and orientation programs to sensitize students and staff.
Redressal: Provide a safe, confidential platform to report grievances.
Support: Ensure that victims receive proper guidance and assistance.
Action: Recommend disciplinary measures against proven misconduct.
Every student has the right to study in an environment free from fear, harassment, or discrimination. This committee ensures our campus remains safe and inclusive.
